The process is truly unique for every project, whether it be to provide a single room in detail or a whole house massing model. Therefore it's extremely difficult to quote fixed fees for however we charge £60/hour and could produce a detailed single room(internal) for approximately £200 (5hrs) and an external house model for £300-400 (7-10hrs). These estimates do not include a measured survey, which would be an additional charge between £50-200.

The production of Planning Layouts in CAD from £25/plot, all the way up to £150/plot which will include all architectural drawings required for an application.

We also produce working drawing house-packs in a desired format (A1/A3 booklet) from £1500 from planning approved drawings, when discounted for multiple types. Standard price for 1 house type (up to 1500sqft) is £2000.
